Love is a Riddle - Gen 2 Chapter 12

As soon as I got on I got the multi-tasker lifetime reward for all four kids. Now hopefully they'll get on the honor roll!

No stove won't slow Kyle down, he can make mac and cheese in the microwave. 

Dora finished the portraits of the quads. I don't know why Bathilda's is so much darker than the other three.

My sims don't seem to be as autonomous as they used to be. The kids will get home from school and stand in the entrance hall for hours and hours. Kyle and Tom hardly ever do anything during the day when the rest are at school/work either. I do love Antioch's evil idle animation though!

Here is another example of Liz standing outside in the rain after work, not even using the umbrella I gave her.

Did Fred take divination? I can't remember. Sounds like something Fred would take. 

You know what that scared look means! It's alien abduction time!

These two are still going strong. I think Severus has finally found the one. 

Oh my goodness, every single one of them was sleeping at the exact same time. My game actually went into ultra-speed for a while! I couldn't get a screenshot of all of them but know that the three not pictured were sleeping too. 

But sadly, they all fell asleep like 3 hours before they had to go to school so Bathilda was still tired the next day. She didn't pass out though, preferring to take a nap on a school bench. 

That is until her brothers woke her up because they were doing their homework too loud. I don't know why Antioch keeps trying to do his homework on the tablet, as he hates technology and always gets a negative moodlet. 

Antioch also thought school was a fine place to sleep, and stayed there most of the night. Once I saw he was about to freeze to death I made Dora "call everyone home".

It has been a while since Tom has picked up a paintbrush! He actually finished it and everything.

Two days in a row Dora got a $42 raise. It is the ultimate answer to ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything. 

Dang, Bathilda... why do the aliens like you so much?

Fred wanted to play chess so I let Dora fulfill that wish. 

Oooh another prom already! Too bad Antioch has already used his action and can't ask Georgina to this one too.

Dolores also thought this was a good chapter to do some painting. 

On Liz's day off her and tom played with the frisbee. It was kinda cute. I love when they spend time together!

Eeek! One of them did magic! I thought they would never learn of their magical heritage. That's it, Fred gets my vote for heir because he's the smartest. (Unless someone else figures out they're magical too.)

No Antioch, playing with the crystal ball doesn't count. You are ineligible anyway even though I like you.

Yeah I had Dora still painting even after she finished the portraits. I'm hoping to get another maxed skill before her turn as heir has ended, but I'll certainly take a skill challenge too! (+5 points)

Love is a Riddle - Gen 2 Chapter 11

Let's start this chapter with the Riddles' favorite tragic clown snowman. Why they almost always make this one I'll never know.

Now that she's maxed logic and completed her lifetime wish Dora can get started painting the portraits of her kids! 

I missed the shot, but Liz and Kyle heartfarted each other while eating dinner. Gross, man.

Then this wish popped up for Liz! Even grosser. 

For some reason there isn't much magic in then generation, especially compared to the first. The teens haven't even figured out they're magical yet. Finally Kyle did something wizardly and attempted to put the fire out with his wand. 

Lulu did enough collecting to put together this skeleton guy. Kinda creepy if you ask me. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it so just stuck it in a corner. 

Antioch hates technology so on the weekends he stands in front of the TV, flailing around about the indignation of it all. 

Ah ha! Someone else found the tea set! Their playroom gets so little use it's depressing. Too bad he didn't find the martial arts thingy instead. 

Bathilda thought it would be a good idea to try her hand at cooking instead of eating any of the multitude of leftovers in their fridge. 

Dolores actually got back to painting! I scrapped her old painting a while ago because I though she'd never finish, and wanted to keep an easel open for Tom. She finished this one though! Even if she hadn't, they have three easels now so I would have left it. 

Some father/son-in-law bonding in the backyard with a game of Frisbee. 

Gah! Stop cooking and eat the leftovers! That's it, time to take away their stove again.

Both Dora and Kyle had wished to woohoo so I directed Dora to the hot tub. It's been a while since either had wished for anything romantic. 

I guess it was too much excitment for Kyle as he then failed on his way to work. (-5 points)

Bathilda is the only one who has seemed to retain her imaginary friend into teen years. The others have disappeared. I'm not broken up about it. 

Antioch hates the super sleepers so has taken to sleeping in the kitchen in his sleeping bag each night. Thankfully he is nice enough to leave a route to the dishwasher.

Salazar is an elder now! That means Nymphadora can't be far behind.

Love is a Riddle - Gen 2 Chapter 10

Right after they aged up I got this notice.

Then this popped up almost immediately!

Three of the new teens decided it would be fun to hang out in bathrooms all night after their party.

Poor loser Kyle. =(

He is working hard at his cooking skill though!

Yay Fred! I have no idea how he learned all these traits, but I'll take it. (+5 points)

Bathilda still likes to stay at school most of the night, but at least she does her homework. The teens all got tablets as a birthday present.

I would love for Georgina Weasley to be part of the family! Her name is so perfect.

She'd look better without the crazy makeup though.

Not long after he showed up for the date he got this wish, so I used his teen action to ask her to prom.

She said yes!

Then they were all sorts of cute flirting and stuff. Awww!

Bellatrix was there chaperoning. 

Someone finally picked up one of their many guitars! Bathilda is a virtuoso so I guess I'm not that surprised. 

While their wives and children are off at work/school, Kyle and Tom like to read on the couch. Watching them during the day can be kinda boring.

Great job, Liz! (+15 points) She makes sooooo much money. I'll miss her when she's gone.

It's Fred's turn to be abducted. When he got back he had a wish to become friends with an alien but I didn't lock it in.

To everyone's surprise, Severus and Deedee are still going strong. Has he finally found the one?

It's Snowflake day! Which means family picture time. You can hardly see Antioch behind Fred.

After a super quick trip to the festival just to get their picture taken, they hosted a gift giving party.

Kyle is such a loser, wetting himself in front of all their guests >.< (-5 points)

They got a painting, another easel, two flamingos, an alarm clock, a globe, a video game system, and a rainbow light I forgot to put in the picture.

Then it was prom time! Yes... festival, party, and prom all in one day. I forgot prom was that night until the limo showed up.

Obligatory prom spam, but only the important stuff. Fred was the only one without at least a romantic interest by the end of the night. 

Prom pictures never turn out that great.

It was just too much for Fred, who passed out upon ariving home. (-5 points)

Dora made up for it though the next day by finally getting her logic to ten (+10 points) which completed her lifetime wish! (+40 points)
