Love is a Riddle - Chapter 20

Last time we saw the cowplant take another victim, this time Tom is drinking the fruits, err milk, of it's labor.

The Grim Reaper decided to stick around and play with the dollhouse for a bit, because that's totally normal.

Bellatrix finally completed her first painting, and earned a whopping $3!

Then she got back to work on the large one, but alas... she will never finish it.

After breaking up with his girlfriend last chapter, Severus has decided to become a crazy cat lady instead.

Birthday sparkles! For a while I was hoping Bellatrix would be heir, so it's sad to see her go.

It takes her no time to say goodbye to Jules Snape and hookup with Dante Morganthe.

Paparazzi are perfect for water balloon fights according to Salazar.

Yay promotion! Dora is working her way up the ladder quite quickly for someone not being controlled.

I think when the cowplant kills people the game codes it as dying from hunger, because the ghosts always head towards the fridge for leftovers. 

Onto Guy #4 for Bellatrix!

Leisure Day is the perfect time for football! Dora can throw much better than poor Liz can catch,

The last greeting card of gen one! I just barely had enough room on the wall.

Well it looks like Martin is going to stick around longer than Bella's previous boyfriends! First grandkid/gen 3.

I had to invite this Martin fellow over so I could see what he looks like. I like his pointy ears.

Severus still only has a stalker.

Tom made 6 nectar racks worth of nectar in order to max that skill. Most of it is apple which starts off hardly worth anything, but ages quite nicely so gen 3 should have a sizable nest egg to work with!

Tom never did max the daycare career since kids stopped showing up. I had him switch to being a painter just in case they decide to show up again.

Congrats to Bella and Marlin on the birth of their baby boy Antonio, and their marriage! 

Every. Single. Time with these pigtails! I had to get his hair back before metaphorically kicking him to the curb and really moving him in with his brother.

As you can see, Severus is not so sure about this idea.

Not long after moving in, they get another cat! You'd think one of them was named Arabella. 

With Salazar gone Dora takes on the ballet bar, and maxes her athletic skill. (+10 points)

Nymphadora unknowingly enjoyed her last few days of freedom by playing in the sandbox. 

I remembered that Tom still hadn't painted a portrait of our heiress and fixed that.

Then he took most of the paintings that had been hanging around the house to the consignment store so Dora would have enough money to remodel.

She's not even torch holder yet, and she's already encouraging people to work on their skills!

I guess after all the ghosts around the house, Salazar decided to date one.

She comes over for a party and immediately starts eating like all the other ghosts. I think she died from transmutation.

Finally it's Nymphadora's Birthday!

And thus begins generation 2.

Love is a Riddle - Chapter 19

Wow it's been over three months since the last chapter! I really didn't take it would take this long to get an update out, but life happened (and is still happening). I have enough pictures for another update or two after this I just need to find the energy to caption them. It should definitely not take months, I'm hoping for more like a week! Now let's see what the Riddles have been up to...

At the end of the last chapter Severus aged up. He did not win the heir vote, so off on his own he goes!

Only minutes after moving out I got this notification. Poor Severus is having problems with his girlfriend already.

Nymphadora has been working on her athletic some more. Once she takes over as heir it won't take much to max the skill and complete one half of her lifetime wish.

Salazar has decided to take up fishing, but he really sucks at it. I'm glad I went to see what he was up to as Tom was able to pick up that gem and wildflower to sell at the alchemy shop.

Dang, you guys need to go to counseling or something!

Good ol' Liz is casting good luck charms on everyone again.

Well that didn't take long, I guess we aren't getting any babies out of you two.

Aw, Bellatrix and Nymphadora are such good sisters.

Thanks to hanging out with her sister and lots of video games, Bellatrix was able to get another trait. 

Who would have though Tom Riddle would take time to stop and smell the roses? Or flowers, anyway.

The family photo is a bit emptier without Severus. 

Bellatrix started a large painting she will probably never finish.

After that it was birthday sparkle time.

She does not look very happy about her new older body, no sir she doesn't.

Salazar keeps trying to ice blast the plumbing. Thankfully it usually fails.

In true old lady fashion, Liz has taken to sleeping in the rocking chair... with her eyes open.

Nymphadora got her own police car with her promotion!

Another paparazzi bites the dust.

Ah, a small painting this time. Much more realistic!

Nymphadora was invited over to her boyfriend's house and decided to make them dinner.

Unfortunately he turned into a zombie! You do not want a zombie happy to see you.

Instead of eating the meal she cooked for him, Kyle would rather eat brains.
